Condition of Returned Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, with all seals, boxes, and labels intact. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or were the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no charge to you.

Return Shipping Costs
