OULATASTORE is an online retailer of authentic designer fragrances and related products, operated from Louisiana, United States. Contact: info@oulatastore.com. OULATASTORE is a trading name of VOLTARA LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Louisiana, United States.
2Eligibility
You confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live and able to enter a binding agreement.
3Products, Pricing & Authenticity
All products are 100% authentic. Prices are charged in USD; MRU is shown for display only. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders. Availability may change without notice.
4Orders & Acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock limits). Acceptance occurs when the order ships.
5Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request a change to or cancellation of your order by contacting us at info@oulatastore.com or via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they ship. Once shipped, your order is governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.
6Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal; in Mauritania, Bankily and Sadad via WhatsApp confirmation. You confirm you are authorized to use the chosen method.
7Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the United States and Mauritania. Fees and estimated times are on our FAQ and Shipping pages. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier. We aren’t liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
8Taxes
Sales tax is added where required (including Louisiana). You are responsible for any local duties at your destination.
9Returns & Refunds
Governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10Fragrance Use & Allergy Notice
Fragrances are for external use only. Keep away from eyes, broken or irritated skin, open flame, and children. Fragrance ingredients may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals; discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. To the extent permitted by law, use of the products is at your own risk.
11Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, automated scraping, placing fraudulent orders, or unlawful use of its content. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where you have opted in, our SMS Consent terms.
12Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services we do not operate — such as Trustpilot, WhatsApp, and our payment processors. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to its own terms.
13Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, logos, images, design) belongs to OULATASTORE or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
14Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim won’t exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
16Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OULATASTORE, its owners and staff harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
17Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, war, or acts of government.
18Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or refuse service, if you violate these Terms or use the Site unlawfully. Any obligations that arose before termination — including payment obligations and the sections on warranties, liability, and indemnification — survive termination.
19Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.
20Dispute Resolution — Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court. Both you and OULATASTORE waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. As exceptions, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible, and nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. This section and any arbitration under it are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
21Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
22Entire Agreement & No Waiver
These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and OULATASTORE regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use means acceptance.
